PureStream Terms of Use
1. The service
PureStream is a podcast app and related online service published by S6. It lets you subscribe to, discover, stream, download, and manage podcasts, and may offer optional account and sync features.
2. Third-party podcast content
Podcasts, feeds, images, audio, descriptions, and episodes are provided by their respective publishers and hosts. You are responsible for the content you choose to access and for complying with applicable publisher or host terms. PureStream does not own or control third-party podcast content.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use PureStream to break the law, infringe rights, disrupt or abuse the service, scrape or overload APIs, bypass access controls, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
4. Accounts
A PureStream account is optional unless a specific feature says otherwise. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may request account deletion at any time.
5. Privacy
Your use of PureStream is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Candidate Plus catalogue and billing
The default-off website candidate presents Plus Monthly at USD $1.99 per month and Plus Annual at USD $14.99 per year, each with a 14-day trial when eligible. A founding Lifetime Plus offer is USD $49.99 once and limited to the first 100 successful purchases. Lifetime has no trial or promotion codes; recurring promotion codes may be entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout when available.
Purchases and cancellations are managed through their purchase source: Stripe for web billing, Google Play for Android billing, and the App Store for Apple billing. A Checkout return is not proof of access. Plus begins only after provider events are confirmed and Spectra reports the entitlement. Refunds, reversals, or disputes may change or remove related access according to the confirmed provider outcome. This candidate is not enabled for public purchasing without separately approved configuration.
Support can explain these source-aware steps but cannot grant entitlements. Never send a Customer Portal bearer URL to support or include it in email.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We try to keep PureStream reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
PureStream is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S6 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PureStream.
