PureStream Podcasts — Terms of Use

1. The service

PureStream Podcasts ("the App") is a podcast player published by S6. The App lets you subscribe to and

play podcasts you choose (by RSS/OPML URL or via the PureStream discovery directory) and, optionally,

sync your subscriptions across your devices with a PureStream account.

2. Your content and third-party podcasts

Podcasts, feeds, and episodes are provided by their respective publishers and hosts. You are

responsible for the URLs you add and for complying with the publishers' and hosts' terms. We do not own

or control third-party podcast content and are not responsible for it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the App or the PureStream API to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt or abuse the

service (including the discovery and sync APIs), or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't

yours.

4. Accounts

A PureStream account is optional. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under

your account. You may delete your account at any time.

5. Privacy

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The App and the PureStream API are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum

extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S6 is not liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the App or at the canonical URL.
