Website accessibility

Website accessibility that follows your settings.

This page describes the accessibility support built into the public PureStream website. It tells you what is available, how the site responds to your settings, and where to report a barrier.

This is practical guidance, not a certification claim.

Automated checks and real keyboard and browser journeys help us catch problems, but that does not mean every person or assistive technology will have the same experience.

Built into every page

How this website supports different ways of browsing.

Navigate

Keyboard and focus

A skip-to-content link appears when it receives focus. Links, buttons, theme controls, pricing choices, and carousel controls are designed to work without a mouse and retain a visible focus indicator.

Set the pace

Motion

If your device requests reduced motion, ambient movement, animated previews, carousel transitions, and reveal effects stop or switch immediately. Essential information never depends on animation.

Choose a view

Colour and theme

The theme control offers light, dark, and auto modes. Auto follows your device preference; a manual choice is remembered in this browser. Meaning is not communicated by colour alone.

Read reliably

Structure and resilience

Pages use headings, landmarks, descriptive links, and labelled controls for assistive technology. Core content and navigation remain readable without JavaScript and on narrow mobile screens.

Scope today

The public website is the scope of this guide.

PureStream Air is a separate web player. Android and iOS remain in release validation, so this page does not claim accessibility coverage for unreleased native apps or describe controls that are not publicly available.

Something is getting in your way

Use the support guide to find the published help path. Include the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and what you expected to happen when you can.

Looking for privacy choices

The Your Data & Privacy guide explains what stays on your device and which online services are optional.

Keep listening

Accessibility is part of the journey, not a separate mode.

Check the platform-status page before opening a player or looking for a native download.
